Ferco Motors

I was interested buy 2018 Honda Hrv and call to Ferco Motors find did car is available, and lady inform me yes it's available. Then 30 minutes later when I wanted make appointment for test driving other person inform me car was sold. I don't know who right who wrong but car shows on internet sides avaliable for sale. My opinion Ferco Motors it's not reliable company.

I asked them for the out of door price for a car I was interested in and they never answered.

I saw a vehicule toyota corolla 2013, then I call to make an appointment to see the car, asking my neighbors next door to take me there give him $35 for gasoline as the dealer is all the way to coral cables, my neighbors just got home from work he take me there while I spoke to the people non was available to see me & some one else told me the vehicule went to auction when I attempted calling them more than 6 times said ok they waiting for me, I was so upset such a lie now a gentelman again said to me other vehicules was available when I come exactly for the car 2013 toyo corolla, I just turn my back exit this Dealer, and never recommended no one to there, it is such a shame pretended nothing was available, I hope what i was going trough today my experiences there never again waste my times gasoline my neighbors on this heavy one hour traffic I am so upset.

I had really bad experience with this dealership, I submited a request about a car, they call me to confirm and i ask about the price out of the door over the phone, they scheduled the appointment for the evening, I get there and the price out of the door was totally different than what was mentioned over the phone, spoke with manager and he was very rude saying he had nothing to do with what is listed online or spoken over the phone and he would not do anything to help the customer, I was ready to buy the car right there in there. They will tell you something over the phone and in person something totally different.

They posted a fake listing on a 2015 civic si (the VIN has no history either) and I called within an hour of the listing being posted. They said they sent it to auction and then tried to sell me other cars. Textbook bait and switch - very sketchy..

I’ve purchased several vehicles sight unseen and it’s been hit or miss. This is the first time someone took the time to explain the car in detail. Good and bad. I would not hesitate to recommend Ferco Motors. Great experience.

Absolute scammers. They list cars that they don't actually have in stock, then tell you that "they just got sent to auction." Look through the reviews, they have been pulling this stunt for years. They should not be allowed to stay in business. Stay away, you have been warned.

liars, very dishonest people. lied about the inventory available, went all the way to Flagler street in Miami 38 miles away, to waste my time. they end offering other car way over price. do NOT go there. take ur money somewhere else.....!
