I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as

I loved dealing with this dealership, which says a lot as I hate dealing with car dealerships. I bought a 2023 Ford F-150. I dealt with Justin at Driver's Way. He was fantastic with explaining everything, making sure I had all the accessories that came with my truck, explaining the financing options, etc. This dealership had the best price on the truck with the options that I wanted anywhere around. Plus Justin showed me their "care" sheet which was everything that their dealership did with the vehicle after they got it, which even had included dent repairs, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, air filters, etc. They even helped me get a second key for the truck as it only came with one from the previous buyer. There was ZERO pressure to buy a more expensive model. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. They made sure I was aware of the available insurances and warranty plans and the actual cost of those plans. They also showed me interest rates from several financial institutions to make sure I got the best loan rate. I would absolutely buy another vehicle from here and deal with Justin again.

The buying process was quick and hassle-free. Sabrina provided outstanding customer service, being extremely kind and supportive. She made the purchasing experience truly enjoyable. Thanks to Michael's expertise in finance, I was able to drive away in my new vehicle. I highly recommend visiting Driver's Way in Pelham for a seamless car-buying experience.

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up buying the truck I went to look at but they put me in the perfect truck for me.

I have been pleased with the experience so far.

I have been pleased with the experience so far. Being able to test drive independently for pretty much as long as I want is great. I have easily made appointments and then added on some additional cars once I got there. The no haggle pricing takes away some stress, but that also means if there is something to be fixed on a car, there's no negotiation. They have at least offered me what I consider is reasonable for my trade - more than most places have. I am taking a car for a prepurchase inspection to my mechanic tomorrow, so if it goes well, we'll see how the actual buying process goes after that.

We live 2.5 hrs away and work full time. We were in communication all week with them via phone, email, text, and facetime. We showed our proof of funds, and let them know on Friday we would be coming Saturday to buy the car. I reached out to them the night before our trip to them to ensure all was well. They told us they had sold the car we were planning on driving almost 3 hours to pick up the next morning.

My wife and I had a good idea of what we wanted and had

My wife and I had a good idea of what we wanted and had credit preapproval before coming to the dealership. We entered and were promptly greeted by Marshall Glenn who was able to let us drive and provided all the information we wanted on the 2 vehicles we were interested. We were there for an hour and left, no hassle. After deciding we returned to the dealership where we were once again able to deal with Marshall. He was able to find us better financing then what we had procured for ourselves and was able to get everything done in a little more than an hour. I have had this process take from 3 – 6 hours in the past and it was refreshing to have it be so straight forward, easy, and fast. The experience was pleasant, brief, and successful.

Buying a car from Driversway could have not been easier.

Buying a car from Driversway could have not been easier. Blake Lynn answered all my questions and the ones I didn't even know to ask. Prices are competitive and lower than most other dealers. It was quick and painless working with Blake. I recommend Driversway to anyone!

I go here first .

Bought several cars at Drivers Way in Pelham Al. They are the easiest people to deal with. Cars are unlocked and you are encouraged to browse. Just simply and easy car buying. They have continuously given me the most trade in value. I have Never dealt with the service department.

I called about a vehicle that was listed as "Coming Soon"

I called about a vehicle that was listed as "Coming Soon" and asked the price and said that I was very interested in seeing it. I was told by Anthony that the vehicle was in the body shop and to let them know when I was coming. My husband called the next day and spoke with Bryan. He said we wanted to see the car, but this time was told the vehicle was in the shop and not available. He asked when it would be available and was told either Saturday or Sunday. I called back Friday and this time I was told by Anthony that they had sold the car. I asked how was that possible and was told the person bought it sight unseen. I was never told you could that, but Anthony said he told me that, which was a lie. He was very rude. I decided to go to Kia Riverchase and bought a brand-new vehicle. Driver's Way prices are too high, and they do not treat their potential customers respectfully. Nowadays, you can buy a new car for nearly the same price as a late-model used car and at a much lower interest rate. My recommendation is to go somewhere else!

Hi Lisa! We sincerely hate that things turned out the way they did for the 2013 Civic you called about, but we have never had a "hold" policy on any of our vehicles until you make a deposit or get approved via a credit application. You didn't do either of those things so the vehicle did sell to someone else. We apologize for anyone who wasn't clear about this policy. We are also truly glad you were able to find a brand new vehicle that worked best for you and your needs and wish you all the very best in the future!
