Staff is friendly, if you can get them on the phone they...

Staff is friendly, if you can get them on the phone they can be helpful. A few issues I have are, 1) reaching the service department is a pain, you call the number and if no one answers (which is like a 20% chance), the automated message says they can’t answer the phone and hangs up, so you have to keep calling back or try different times; 2) my issue still isn’t fixed on a warranty item, the last answer I got is the software will update between now and end of the year……I guess that is what I have to wait on…….; 3) I have take. My Ford vehicles here several times, pricing can be a bit steep….throw a car clean in there for free every now and again

The service person was kind, but it took several hours for a oil change! Way to long for this maintenance item.

Have a warranty issue that no one seems to want to take...

Have a warranty issue that no one seems to want to take seriously. I know it is a rattle but I really didn’t appreciate the idea that it was possibly something I had in my seat. Like I’m not smart enough to have eliminated that as a possibility on my own. I had even shared video of the rattle and you can clearly see there is NOTHING in the seat to rattle. Also, I was supposed to get a rental so they could keep my car longer to look into it more and I’ve been ghosted. I’ll just do to a different Ford service center even if I have to drive further.

They were friendly and we are able to get the work done when we needed our vehicle back. The pricing was a little high but the service was quality

I had a full service done on my car and it’ specifically stated tires were good. They were not! Needed alignment and two bald tires in the back! My daughter drove across county with this issue!! 🤬🤬

Jordan Lee was my sales associate and he was great from beginning to end. I felt like he was a friend that was just helping me make my decision. I even got to do an extended test drive with the car while I stopped at other dealerships to test drive every car that I was interested in. When I came back he did everything in his power for us to get to a number I was happy with. It was so great to have an experience like this. Especially after 3 yrs ago my husband and I had an terrible dealing with another dealership and swore we wouldn't ever go thru that again. If you want to feel like your hanging with a friend for a day visit mall of ga ford and ask for Jordan. You will spend the day giggling and feeling like your with a friend.
