Replaced Broadband Modem in 2012 Ford Focus Electric.

They replaced the Broadband Modem in my 2012 Ford Focus Electric. It took only half a day and they contacted me to let me know it was ready. I did not need to reconfigure anything major settings in MYFord Mobile app. Just setup my value charging setting and it was ready to use. Great Service Experience!

Ford Buyer

Hello, I bought my F-150 there in 2009 and had it serviced sense. I have experience working on vehicles so I know what is right or wrong when working on them. A year ago I started noticing some disturbing experiences with the maintenance on my vehicle there. The last oil change there the oil plug was stripped when auto tech serviced it (really! ) On December of 2015 I had a transmission gasket leak and serviced it there, less than a year later leaking again took it in for repair auto tech said yes leaking from gasket he repaired. The next day I noticed more leaking, took it back auto tech said not leaking from gasket but from transmission dip stick tube it was broken by the auto tech that fixed the gasket leak. (really! ) WHY would anyone take a vehicle in for repair and have the auto tech's create more DAMAGE to their vehicle? I know time is money for your business and so is mine so stop wasting mine and yours. I hope you look into this matter so you can maintain your goals for your business and your customers. Very pleased

We are enjoying our new 2017 Escape. The service department has been taking care of our 2015 Focus. I have no complaints about this dealership. They recently put some rear splash guards on the Escape for us. They are fair and professional here.

Great fast work. They gave me a thorough run down of the inspection they were going to do on my car and gave me estimates and some good indicators of when I should look into getting things changed.

Friendly staff

Good side - friendly staff, everything is usually on time, great location, convenient waiting areas Bad side - not so good with checking additional requests different than part of regular scheduled maintenance
