Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota

My wife and I found ourselves looking for a new vehicle and went straight to Mike Johnson's Hickory Toyota. We have had very positive experiences with this dealership in the past, in fact we had purchased 2 other vehicles from here before. We were greeted by a sales associate named Peter Collins shortly after we arrived as we were looking at vehicles. Peter immediately made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. From the test drive to the final purchase we had a very pleasant experience with this dealership and sales associate. My wife loves her new "BLUE" 2017 Toyota Camry and plans on keeping a relationship with the dealership for service and repairs in the future. I have 4 vehicles and always take them to Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota to do the service on them. Scott Wheatley is a great service rep. He always makes sure I have excellent service!

Was attended to promptly when arriving on time, asked proper questions to determine reason for service call, was shown where to wait in wonderful customer waiting area which had food, drink, manicure service and tv for entertainment.

I had an appointment with the Express Service for a 24 month maintenance .on my 2014 Camry. I was promptly met by Mandy Jenkins, and during the work order write-up she pointed out uneven wear on the left front tire, I requested an alignment be included with the maintenance. I was expecting to have to wait at least an hour, or more, but Mandy was able to get the alignment and maintenance work performed in about a half hour. Good job.

The customer service was awesome. The salesman, Jeff Robinson, really went out of his way to make sure I found the perfect car for me. Let me tell you, I am not an easy person to please. Jeff had a great deal of patience and didn't pressure me at all. I found the perfect car BUT it had seats I didn't like. When I thought I was going back to the drawing board, Jeff asked my husband and I to give him two minutes. Upon his return he had the perfect solution and now... I am driving the car of my dreams. Perfect in every way. Great service, great customer service, friendly staff, no pressure sales, I would recommend Mike Johnson Toyota to anyone and Kudos to Jeff Robinson for going the extra mile!

Cody, Nick, Siggy and Amanda, are a fantastic team up on the hill in the express service center. I could not be more pleased with my service and all the hard work they did to make sure my vehicle was finished on time. I defiantly recommend everyone to go check out the service on the hill!

Shopped all the dealers in the Charlotte Area. Finally made a deal with Mike Johnson over the phone. Great management and great at negotiations with customers. Purchased a Highlander and my Wife loves it.
