Christy was absolutely amazing! She was professional, kind, honest and provided all the information we needed without any games or pressure like I experienced with other dealerships. She is truly an asset to the dealership. I actually chose to drive four hours instead of two because I wanted Christy to have my business. That's how impressed I was with her outstanding customer service. Even my daughter said she loved Christy and she rarely says that about anyone. I was told a few things that later turned out to be false intimation for example: told my insurance won't go up when I got a new vehicle but it did go up, told that leasing was going towards principal of a car but it was not

Both times I went they were very nice and listened to my concerns. Javier gave me a small discount on my services and Robert helped coordinate his team to fix my busted AC. While making sure it was covered under my Honda extended warranty.
