    What you want to know: The deal that I got on the CPO BMW I purchased was very fair. This is my third BMW purchased from them; two CPOs and one new BMW.... Che Hall and Jim, his manager, were very good to work with. I apologize for forgetting the name of the financing gentleman who helped me, but he was great. Low pressure, informative, friendly, easy to work with and explained everything that I was signing and agreeing to. ------------------------------------------------------ More information for those who want to go behind the scenes: ------------------------------------------------ Working the deal: I worked my transaction via email and text as I was busy with work and could not get on the phone until we made progress in our discussions. Che was good about sending a video of the car I was interested in; he showed the condition, answered all my questions and was friendly throughout the process. My wife appreciated his efforts which seemed above the norm of most dealers and his thorough review of the car before I came down to buy it (this saved me time, effort and any headaches that I might have experienced). As I am an out of state customer, United help me have my car shipped up quickly. ----------------------------------------------------------- Selection and Inventory: United BMW has the largest inventory of any BMW dealer across the country. Cars.com is great to start with of course, but its easier to just go to United's website. Their selection of CPO and used cars is amazing; anywhere from 700 to 900 used BMWs at one time. Their prices are already some of the best out there. Trade-in values are fair and better than what a lot of other dealers will offer.------------------------------------------------------ Facilities: The new BMW facilities are very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. They have some of the best snacks of any car dealer that I have been to (please keep the Black Forest gummies in stock). The day we were buying our car, they had a 'Bimmer and Bagels' car-meet. Lots of BMW owners, free breakfast and a bunch of passionate car-lovers. A nice give-back to the BMW community. Raffles and give-aways. Pretty cool. --------------------------------------------------------------- I owed this review as I had not done one for my previous two transactions. ------------------------------------------------------------ Wrapping it up: I hope this helps others who are looking at United BMW. Are they perfect...no (but who among us is), but they are good people who will treat you well, give you a fair deal on their cars and a fair deal on your trade-in. It is fun to look at their website every week to see what they have in stock. If you are local, swing by, if you are a long distance customer (such as myself), connect with someone at United and get a video of the car you are interested in.

    It was a great experience buying my 430I. Salesman Kennedy Adams was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We test drove about 3 different cars looked... at about 6 or 7 cars, spent entire day finally got a good deal. Kennedy did his best to get us a good deal, Finance Manager was also good. They treated the customer nice. Overall very good experience from Sales and Finance. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

    After test driving the FJ cruiser on a Wednesday evening of the final week of August , I decided to put a $3,000 downpayment and was told that they will... have the car ready by the friday of the long labor day weekend as it needs several dents removed and painted and that they need to get this sales booked for August, which works out well for both parties. Planned for an out of town getaway with the car. I was then informed a day or 2 later that it will not be done till Monday. When I speak out about what we had discussed prior, the backup sales man that was asisting me was visibly upset and implied that I am impatient. I dealt with 2 sales men on this transaction because the first sales man that I dealt with was on vacation the day I went into the dealership. The main salesman then told me that there will not be body shop workers working on Monday so they will get it painted the following Tuesday and ready for pickup on Wednesday (7 days after putting DP on the car). It is now Thursday and still no news, I called and left a text message but no response. When I was still shopping for a vehicle and was an 'online lead' for them, the level of service provided was completely different compared to after I had put down the DP on the car. After putting down the DP, I was treated like an 'inconvenience', 1 of the salesman even implied that it was my fault that I came in just before the long weekend. At this point, I dont really care if they still want to deliver the car or not. If you dont want to follow thru on your sales contract, the least you can do is return the deposit to me!!! Unbelievable sales/business practices, like the mentality of a shady used car dealership...

    So I went to this bmw to buy a used RAM truck that was posted at a good price. I really feel like this was the reason for the terrible customer service.... First it took 45 mins just for someone to help us. I brought up that the tire pressure was low on one of the tires and was never taken care of. I’m used to dealers filling up the gas tank before you get the car and the truck was EMPTY. They couldn’t find the secondary key and just didn’t get one at all. The truck was not washed or detailed prior to me leaving. At the end of the day I just wanted to get out of there. Terrible.
