I have purchased three cars from United BMW. The experience of all of them has been easy, the staff is very knowledgeable. I have worked with Omar twice and each time the process has been smooth and I have been very satisfied.

I purchased car in August of 2025 from United BMW. Nelson assisted me with the purchase and was amazing. He listened and made sure he understood exactly what I was looking for and knows the brand extremely well enough that he was able to intelligently answer all my questions. The finance department was very helpful and not pushy with add-on sales. Over the past year that I owned the car, Nelson has been very responsive and helpful with additional questions I had. I recently brought the car in for regular service, and the service department was very helpful. I have been to many BMW dealerships, and this dealership stands apart from the others.

The easiest car purchase I have ever had. Mykola in sales and Anel in financing were a pleasure to work with.

Overall a good dealership to work with. There’s the typical dealer fee of nearly $1k but you just have to approach the pricing as the total vehicle worth, a dealer can categorize pricing in whichever bucket they wish, but at the end of the day you just have to look at the bottom line before taxes to see if it makes sense for you. My particular salesman was a little too distant for my liking which made it a little more difficult for me to work with however, he was extremely nice, and the sales manager that I worked with on the final pricing was fair and easy to work with and the F & I guy was a pleasure, everyone was very professional.

Work with Sparky! He’s the best! He works hard to find what you want and get the best deal! Between my husband and I we have bought 5 cars four of which we worked with Sparky. Very happy! Mitch in finance is great too! He actually sold me my first BMW but has since moved to finance. We’ve always enjoyed working with both guys. Not to mention we love our Beamers!

Dawn made my car buying experience the best one I have ever had. She was attentive and answered all my questions but was not pushy at all. I also thought that finance did a great job of getting me through the process with out having to spend hours at the dealership. I will send all my friends United BMW’s way!

I am on my third BMW but this was the easiest process and best service of them all. Dawn was my service advisor and she was great to make sure I was satisfied with every request.

I went into my purchase expecting to absolutely dread the experience of purchasing my first dealership purchase in my life. I worked with Micah and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the M440i I was looking to factory order. I knew I was about 30-60 days out and was very clear with Micah about what my timeline likely looked like and he was not pushy at all. When I was ready, he was there and made the purchase process far easier than I could have imagined. Being it was a factory order, he was exceptional at communicating when it was going into the build phase, transport, the ship ride over to the US, and finally my Performance Deliver Center pickup. Even after I picked up the car, he texted me to ask how it was going and of course to send him some pics of my new car and hear all about the experience. Micah, you were nothing short of exceptional and as I mentioned to you in the past, i have referred business to you because I appreciated how you treated me along the way. You made my experience incredibly memorable.
