I had a great experience with Miguel G. who helped with the same day purchase of a RAV4. He was professional and respectful. My trade in also went smoothly. My only disappointment was that even though I came in online-sales price, the whole process took three hours because of the "back and forth". Overall I would recommend Sansone, but they should work on streamlining the process so customers aren't sitting around waiting between steps.
