I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever dealt with at this dealership. I brought my car in for a Limited Service Campaign. Prior to the visit, my vehicle had zero issues. Immediately after the service was completed, my radio system stopped working. The screen continuously rebooted, lost all touch functionality, and was essentially unusable. When I returned to the service center, my concerns were immediately dismissed. I was repeatedly told the service had “nothing to do” with the radio, despite the fact that the issue appeared right after the work was performed. Instead of acknowledging the timing, staff implied the problem existed beforehand, which was simply not true. Communication was just as bad. I was told I would receive an update, but hours passed with no call. I had to contact them myself, only to find out my car was “ready” and that parts needed to be ordered. No one explained what actually happened, and no timeline was provided. When I picked up my vehicle, I was handed my keys with no explanation, no paperwork, and not even a basic apology. The next day, I followed up again and still could not get a clear answer. Only after pushing was I given a vague timeline for a replacement part. Out of frustration, I looked into the issue myself and found a simple reset procedure online. After performing it, the radio returned to full functionality. This is something the dealership should have been able to diagnose. Instead, my car sat there for over 8 hours with no resolution. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and weak diagnostic effort. I no longer trust this service department and will be going elsewhere. I have already reached out to Toyota Corporate on the matter. Proceed with caution.
