It was a great experience.

When we were looking for a new vehicle, we told Michael McNeley what we wanted. We love our new Equinox!! He was a very good salesman.

New car purchase

Starting out with the sales person, then finance and then the delivery coordinator we feel that all three are very knowledgeable in their field. We had a very good experience with these three employees. We believe they are a great asset to Karls Chevrolet.

Great experience

I experienced a problem with a fuel smell so I went to the dealership without an appointment and dropped of my truck. The service department worked me in that day. They had trouble diagnosing the problem as it was intermittent but continued testing until they found the source of the leak. Very thorough and professional.

Happy customer

Everyone was so friendly, even those that were not directly related to our sales. We were offered something to drink by each person we interacted with unless we were already holding something to drink. That is a very nice touch - very hospitable. I would definitely buy from Karl's again.

A great experience! Very impressed!

I had only ever purchased one car prior to this and although I wouldn't have described that purchase as a bad experience, wasn't really looking forward to the process. I was wrong.
