Your people are wonderful! This is the second car I have purchased from Kate Smith and financed through John Pitt. Wes (sorry but I don't recall his last name) showed me how all of the options work and he took the time to set up my phone, seat options and made every thing seem easy. Great service for the most part

Great job....They overestimated the time it would take which made me happy, but I was making arrangements based on what they told me. So it would have been nice to know it would not be so long earlier in the process, like when they took my car in way ahead of what they told me when I checked in.

Common sense approach to customer service!

Had my truck in for a check engine light. Jeff's team looked at it and found a connection that wasn't seated properly so they did that and it fixed the problem. Something that isn't covered under my warranty but since they only moved one wire, he didn't charge me for anything. That's the common sense approach to customer service that will keep me coming back to Karl's!

Good service, waiting area needs improvement

I as well as many other older people have back problems and the chairs in the waiting area are not comfortable, in fact I hurt more when I leave than when I came in.

Best dealership anywhere.

We have always been treated exceptionally well at your dealership. We have had very few problems with the vehicles we have purchased but any problem was always handled professionally and at little cost to us. We don`t shop anywhere else. All your salesmen treat us like they were our salesman but we always use Bruce Zimmerman. Great guy.
