Great Service and Timely

Had a routine oil change and tire rotation done on a Sunday. We got there at 9:15 am and were told it would take an hour, your service team was done in less than an hour which was great because we had our 3 year old with us.

Good Service, Clean, Friendly, Horrible Wait-Time

The guys and gals at the Quick-Lube were really nice and the facility is very clean. However, there was a really long wait at the Quick-Lube - 2 1/2 hrs. They did call the shuttle to take me to Hy-Vee and pick me up, but the initial driver didn't have me fill out the log, so the pick-up driver went to the wrong Hy-Vee location and I had to wait 25 minutes for him to arrive. When I got back from the store my car was just entering the bay, and it was another 45 minutes after that before it was done. The gal who takes down information (maybe her name was Alex - I don't quite remember) did give me a car wash upgrade for all my wait time. It would be nice if there was an appointment system for the Quick-Lube, instead of first-come, first-serve, especially on days when they are so busy (Monday morning, which surprised me).

hood has greasy finger prints on it, also had to return right after driving out because the tire inflation light was on

Fast, excellent & polite service!

I had my wipers changed, it was raining and I did not even have to get out of the car. The two repairmen were extremely polite and courteous!

General Maintenance Issues

Brought my work truck in for repair. LOF, tire rotation, breaks, and a/c issues. All issues were fixed same day! Was kept informed of the findings before the work was done. Commercial Service Department always treats me right.

Great service. Friendly people

I have bought 3 cars from Karls and will continue to do so. I wouldn't tell customers about the pass/fail rating with surveys. If a person would to answer other than completely satisfied have a box to explain why.

Great Service!

Scheduling was done with one easy phone call, and when I showed up @ the dealership early, they were able to get started on my car earlier than the appointment time and about an hour later, work was done!

Great all around

Allway helpfull and friendly! As I walked around looking at new cars and trucks at lease 4 gentlemen ask me if I need any thing Service guys were great and so was the accesserery department. I even bought a couple of nice T Shirts. Kent Wills

Car making noise won't shift

My husband William Kopsa had to take the car in as I was working was told that he really couldn't get any answers since the car was in my name. We both bought the car and both names are on the titile my husband is allowed to do what is ever necessary for the car.
