Delaney was great!
Delaney was great! She was very knowledgeable and educated us on the SUV very well. To be honest, we were really interested in a different SUV, but the combination of the Infiniti and Delaney completely sold us!

Missing 2 fasteners on the bottom pan.
Missing 2 fasteners on the bottom pan. They were there when I took it in since I had just had the pan off and all fasteners were in place before I took it in for service.
