Appointment was OK, lots of other customers in waiting

Appointment was OK, lots of other customers in waiting room.. they service my car when required. The waiting room was full of people enjoying Arizona climate.

We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that

We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we were able to get the handle replaced. Jose and Spencer were very patient with us during the process and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend both of them.

I was seriously considering an Audi or Genesis before

I was seriously considering an Audi or Genesis before looking at an Infiniti. We test drove a QX60 with Peter and he explained all of the different features on each of the four models. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted and he was very honest during the negotiation phase of the sale. The sales manager, Nader was kind enough to help me get the final price I needed. He gave us a discount for my wife being a teacher and for me being a Costco member. If that wasn’t enough he gave ,me an Infiniti golf cap when I went to accept delivery of the vehicle. Peter, Nader and even Delaney were all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Coulter Infiniti if you’re serious about buying a new car.

I recently had noticed that I had problems with my

I recently had noticed that I had problems with my transmission and returned to Coulter Infinity to visit Jose in Service Department and mentioned my issues. He immediately took my vehicle and with a day, he reached out to me and then started the process of repairing my transmission, meanwhile I was giving a rental to use while my vehicle was being derived for the transmission. From the beginning and to the end of the repair, Jose keep me updated at all times. Great service from Jose

Scott in the service department was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. He answered all my questions and didn?t make me feel like a pest. I left the facility with an appointment for next service and understanding exactly what would happen on that visit.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt at the Infiniti

I had the pleasure of working with Matt at the Infiniti dealership, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I’m out of state, so everything had to be done remotely, and Matt went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. His response time is incredible—every question I had, no matter how small, was answered quickly and in detail. He was so thorough, providing all the information I needed and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had also been in contact with two other dealerships, and the difference in service was night and day. The other salespeople didn’t even come close to Matt’s level of professionalism. I often had to wait hours, sometimes even days, for responses after reaching out multiple times. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about making the sale, and I was left chasing them down for information. Matt, on the other hand, made me feel like a priority from the start, and it was a refreshing change. It’s clear that Matt is dedicated to his customers and truly cares about delivering excellent service. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a seamless and professional experience!
