My car had transmission issues. They did a wonderful job and fixed the problem with reasonable rate. They also had wonderful customer support and professional service.

Toby was great to work with at Coulter! Unfortunately I can?t give Scottsdale Infinity the same good review. They sold me a bill of goods for a warranty that literally covers nothing. If you?re going to buy an infinity you need to go to Coulter Infinity.

Only went for oil and filter change. Oil change was fine and so was the free multipoint check, which was discussed in good detail and intelligently. The free car wash was done very poorly but service rep got someone and they both hand cleaned front of vehicle of the obvious dirty marks.

I have akeays been treated well. We purchase 3 Infinity SUVs from them. Love the cars, love the service.
