5 Stars – Excellent Service from Peter! I recently purchased a 2017 BMW SUV, and I had the pleasure of working with Peter as my salesman. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Peter made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW models and patiently answered all my questions, helping me find the perfect SUV that fit my needs and budget. Peter was never pushy and allowed me to take my time, which I really appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for me, even handling the final details with great care. I’m thrilled with my purchase and so grateful for Peter’s outstanding service. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience!

I have been coming here for a while now and I have always

I have been coming here for a while now and I have always had no issues. I have to say the employees are always nice and helpful. But this last visit on October 4th I feel as I was lied to, my car was vibrating when coming to stops I brought it in for an inspection. They listed many things that was possibly causes for the vibration the cause from there diagnostics was needed engine oil flush, engine mounts collapsed, transmission mount worn out and rear brake pads have passed minimum thickness but not changing them could cause rotor damage. I declined all services as this was a 2015 and we were not sure it was worth putting the money into instead of just getting a new car. I took it to another dealer looking to trade it in but I brought the paper of the supposed diagnostic to them they had there service team look at it. There service teams conclusion was totally different front and rear brakes were completely out rotors were completely worn, transmission was out, and multiple hoses were broken. No engine mounts were collapsed, no oil flush was needed. I was shocked so I took it to another mechanic they came back with the same conclusion as the other dealer. I ended up having the mechanic fix the brakes, transmission, and hoses and the car runs great now completely fixed the vibration. Both the other dealer and mechanic said the cause of the vibration is the brakes. Mind you Infiniti claimed they ran a whole diagnostic of the car we paid $235.75 just for that and they lied about engine mounts being collapsed and they failed to mention many things. The transmission needed to be completely replaced , all the brakes and rotors and multiple hoses. Im not sure if this was the tech back there not completely going over this car or them lying and trying to get more money for things not needing to be fixed. But I would definitely be careful and get second opinions.

Repair was speedy and seemingly good.

Repair was speedy and seemingly good. Customer Service was excellent. However, it was insanely expensive. Out of a $1600 total tab $1300 was labor, to replace hoses for a coolant leak.

Coulter Infiniti was extremely professional to work with as we chose our new vehicle. They were very transparent throughout the sales process and provided documentation in response to every question we asked. The sales and finance processes were very concise and thorough. After completion of the vehicle selection, Delaney spent the time to thoroughly familiarize both myself and my wife with the features of our new vehicle.
