Very smooth buying process. Completely transparent and wasn’t too pushy like other car salesmen that drive you away!

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, undisclosed vehicle issues, ABS warning light, and inconsistent statements about negotiating repairs or price.

I have heard lots of horror stories about dealing with car salesmen. I had this in mind when I visited Rich’s Car Corner for buying a used car. I met Dante Rivaro, an unassuming salesman and I was blown away by how easy it was to deal with him. The negotiation was straightforward and professional. On top of this, when I noticed that the car had to be jump started before I left the parking lot after all the negotiations are over, Dante asked me to keep a watch and let him know my experience. When the problem was persistent, he talked to his boss and replaced the battery. What an amazing experience dealing with professionals like this. I highly recommend this company and especially Dante for your car needs.

We are on SSI. After countless times being told we need more for the down payment, we filled out the paperwork application and had atalk with the finance team. We had a loan. We left with the car we wanted. They were busy and did there best to serve every customer. If needed I will go back. Let your friends know about them.

Had been looking for a more gas-friendly vehicle and Rich’s had what I was looking for. Dante was a great salesman. No pressure, didn’t get the ‘xxxxxxx’ used car dealer vibe whatsoever. They let me have the car for a lengthy test drive and inspection before purchase. Price was reasonable, and they treated me fairly. Worth the drive from the South Sound for such a stress-free car buying experience. 10/10 would recommend to others that’re looking for a new-to-them vehicle.

These guys are fantastic, Dante made everything easy and fast. We drove in from Missouri to pick up the truck and Dante was extremely helpful and accommodating to make sure I was taken care of. My truck is great. Highly recommend with very fair pricing.

Really great car buying experience. Chase was super knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are extremely fair and they have a lot of options. Highly recommend anyone to look at for low-medium budget. They’re not pushy at all and they’re very helpful.

Great place to buy a used car. Dante was really easy to work with , no xx. Gave us plenty of room to check out the car we decided on, fixed a couple of minor issues with the car before we brought it home. I am 73 years old and have dealt with many used car lots and I would rate Dante as the best. Highly recommend. When buying a used car check it out thoroughly before making a decision, they won’t pressure you.

After looking on-line, we made a special trip to Rich's Car Corner to shop for a mini-van to use as a grandkid hauler. After checking a couple other mini-vans, Dante helped us with our selection of a Mercury Villager GS, which was well-equipped, clean, and apparently well cared-for. Dante was courteous, efficient, and completed our purchase so that we were on our way home quickly. We're very pleased. Thank you Dante!

It was an brain damaging experience. I was told they don't sell to people that live in Oregon, and they falsely advertise cars that was already sold. I inquired about that orange infiniti just to get told it was sold. These people are stupid don't xxxx with them!
