Awesome service
Everything was great. Process was easy and went smooth. I had no problems with my repairs . Great service throught the entire time my vehicle was in their care. Constant updates throught the process.

Great service at Fort Bend Honda
We have 2 Mercedes and 2 Hondas, Mercedes pride themselves on customer service, yes I have always received great customer service from Mercedes,however the service that I received from Hazel is equivalent if not better than at Mercedes!! Hazel is always attentive, helpful(she even helped me sync my iphone so I can have hands free calling) and very professional. You guys are lucky to have Hazel as part of your team!!Hazel went above and beyond to make me feel a special customer!

Sold me a messed up car
The night my grandpa got me the car, the check engine light had come on and the service center gave me an extremely hard time trying to get it repaired. They finally did so a week later and almost 2 weeks later the same issue occurred. They have me driving atoynd town. My mechanic Said they just cleared the codes and did no repairs after I had him take a look at it. There are no managers on site to help me. Hazel was no help and crushed me off. I'm still waiting on a manager. I am missing work, and I have to drive back to San Antonio because I graduate this Thursday. Yet, I can't drive because the car is in need of repairs
