Delano dealer is trash
Horrible service and lack of communication. When I started the purchase process I asked for weekly follow ups and rep would t follow up. Rep would always have excuses on to why he didn?t have updates

Poor management
Take forever to send reimbursement money and the only reason it got sent is because I called and had to complain to them about the money they owed me. I had to explain how they owed me and they were dumb founded! Also canceled my extended warrant and now I have been waiting on that refund. It's been 2 months and nothing has been sent out. I called and they said I would get a call back. And nothing I'm still waiting on my refund. Its ridiculous how long it takes. And I shouldn't have to go out my way to remind them
