We bought our “new” GMC Acadia Denali at Fields Cadillac in St. Augustine, FL. Our salesman was, Dennis Parker. We worked with Dennis over the course of two visits to the dealership. He was professional and helpful throughout the process of trading one car in and purchasing another. I was most impressed with knowledge. Sales staff at so many dealerships now are either poorly trained or not trained at all, it’s refreshing to have a salesperson who knows their product. I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis and Fields Cadillac to anyone shopping for a new or pre owned vehicle.

Unfortunately, my key fob & purse were stolen. I called my salesman Matt Powell, for directions to how to go about getting a replacement key fob. Matt was, as is his usual, excellent in finding out all the necessary information & initiating getting me an Apointment with the service department to replace my lost key fob.

Had the best service experience ever here. Jake was amazing. Will be coming back here every time I need service from now on

The reps from sales to floor manager to the FI manger was awesome. I sorry to say I was on pins an needles from the start. The staff was class A an will do business again from this purchase there after with referrals to anyone I know who want to buy a vehicle. This was our best car shopping and purchasing ever! our salesperson, Bob was the best and so much fun! we don't think we could have done better anywhere! we also loved our finance lady, Michelle ....so professional and knowledgeable! Our manager, Alex, was also so professional and could not have been more helpful! Then, General Manager, Steve, could not have been more helpful! We will never go to another dealership for a car!
