Outstanding customer care.

Yes we bought our 2014 Lincoln MKS from you as a certified used car at a fair price for the miles on it. We bought the longest term extended warranty to protect ourselves for years to come. We return whenever we need service and Vince Williams or Larry Hausman take very good care of our MKS. They know their jobs and treat us with respect and work in a very scheduled and professional manner. We will always stay loyal to Napleton because of its great management and employees.

The only reason I buy cars and have them serviced at Napleton is because of Vince. He's always professional and very helpful.

Got the work done

Only thing that I was not happy with was, I had a 10:00 appointment. I was asked if I was going to wait. It would take about an hour. I said no but I didn't want my car to be pushed back because I wasn't waiting. I was told "oh no we wouldn't do that" I said I had to have it by 2:00 at the latest. 1:35 I called because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there working on it as we speak. 4 1/2 hours later. It was pushed back.

Great service as usual!

I needed a replacement wheel for my vehicle. I was able to get the wheel ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday and installed on Monday morning. The staff was helpful, thorough, efficient and courteous.
