I can't say enough kind words about Russ Darrow Kia and

I can't say enough kind words about Russ Darrow Kia and the team that helped my daughter, a first-time car buyer, get into her dream vehicle. From the moment we walked in the door to the close of the sale, everything was the way you want it to be when you go to make a big purchase. No intimidation, no pressure, no misinformation. No moving numbers around on an offer sheet to make you "think" you got a deal. Completely transparent. I got to shout out the standouts that we worked with. Matt in sales was responsive from the moment we arrived. He was informative on the test drive, he was patient while he walked my daughter through the credit app process. As we faced some challenges during the credit process (as one would expect with an 18 yr old with no credit), Andrew just kept finding creative solutions. And none of his solutions were ever to go outside of the budget or to sacrifice on her needs. Devon in finance walked her through the closing and made sure her and her car were protected for years to come. After all is said and done, We don't feel like we got "had". We feel more like Russ Darrow Kia was a team of "uncles" getting their "niece" into her dream car. And as a mother of a first-time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Caleb our salesperson was great but did not like it when

Caleb our salesperson was great but did not like it when Alex was bought it to pressure us into agreeing to get an extra $800 finish protection treatment.
