Never did I think I would end up with a Kia. Little did I know I would absolutely love the K4! I had truly a great experience at Russ Darrow Kia thanks to Michael Krumm and Jonathan Chizever. From the very beginning Michael handled my skepticism amazingly never pressuring and incredibly patient with my occasional bluntness. I initially test drove the K5 and he walked me through all of the fun features. After thinking things over I ended up coming back but Michael wasn't in :(. Jonathan stepped in and was just as wonderful! We test drove the K4 and I loved it - the interior was definitely a selling point for me. Jonathan handled all of my many, many, many questions with absolute grace. I wrapped things up with Michael in the end who went above and beyond to welcome me into the Kia family. He even made a check in video before I came, super unexpected and super personable. Both were absolutely fantastic to work with and genuinely cared. I look forward to working with them for many more years!!!
