The service has always been good at this dealership. My only concern is that it doesn't matter when my appointment is scheduled, they are still crazy busy. In some respects that speaks to them being a great place for service. You just want to plan your day accordingly.

Greeted right away by Everett who helped thru all our questions and helped us confirm we had the right vehicle for our family (the Carnival SX). With having our kids with us, it was good to have the kids room and place for them to sit. The popcorn and coffee/hot cocoa was a nice plus too :). All in all, good experience all around.

Oil change and system updates shouldn’t take 2.
Oil change and system updates shouldn’t take 2.5 hours. Or a heads up about the time involved would have been nice. Also not having the recall parts in hand was frustrating to say the least.

My car was left in the service bay.
My car was left in the service bay. There was no one there to greet or help me understand what happened done to my vehicle $1000 for a change of spark plugs and an oil change was entirely too high. I will do my best to never return to your business.
