I liked that they checked headlight bulbs before running

I liked that they checked headlight bulbs before running electrical tests. Free car wash is always a bonus! Joe was very friendly.

I sent 2 emails, filled out the online parts request 3

I sent 2 emails, filled out the online parts request 3 times. I also phoned 5 times over 4 days, with no answer in parts department. Later I left a message with the receptionist who told me she would get the message to the parts department. 7 days later and I have not heard a word from parts department! Done with this dealership. On another note the recall on my ev6 was handled professionally.
