Poor communication.
Poor communication. I always had to reach out to them to get a status on things. They usually wash the car when I have an oil change and they didn’t this time. The car actually is way dirtier than when dropped off, not exactly sure why. No one explained the bill to me. Leaking oil issue was “fixed” last time car was serviced and had to be redone this time (at my expense). I would not recommend. The only reason I went there is because the other Kia dealer is pretty far out of my way.

I went to the service center for an oil change.
I went to the service center for an oil change. It was fast and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. And in the end my car was washed. I will definitely use the service center again.

Russ Darrow Kia has always been a scam the only reason I still go there is because I have free oil changes left on my account once those are used up I’ll be going elsewhere Never Buy a car here the salesman and manager are just big scammers there are 4 or 5 other dealerships within a mile of Kia I would go there before I ever stop at Russ Darrow Again 0/5⭐️
