Jack is awesome and very knowledgeable.

Jack is awesome and very knowledgeable. In fact, everyone at this dealership is very friendly. We were disappointed, however, that this dealership would not give us a discount for purchasing a second Kia as a returning customer. And, we were insulted with the amount they offered for trade in.

Jonathon was very helpful in showing me several cars.

Jonathon was very helpful in showing me several cars. He listened to what I needed as far as the range of what I needed for a car payment. He was patient with me as I was having anxiety on a car purchase. He reassured me and didn't pressure me. I did look at another car, but decided to buy the car from Kia. He was upfront what Kia could do for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Kia and Jonathon to anyone that is looking for a car

Smooth, clean, friendly, just a bit pricey I was

Smooth, clean, friendly, just a bit pricey I was impressed with the warm welcome from arrival. The time they quoted was less than i waited. The complementary drinks and clean waiting room made wait not so bad. Only room for improvement is keeping prices down. 150 for oil change and tire rotation is a bit pricey.

My car has a warranty issue that needs repaired.

My car has a warranty issue that needs repaired. They told me they’d call when part came in, and it’d be a few hour job. After 2 weeks I heard nothing so I called. Part was in and no one told me, but then was told only some of the part pieces were in. They also told me it’d be a multiple day job. Very different from what I was initially told. They told me they’d call when all parts are in. That was over a month ago and I’ve called twice for updates. I was told I’d hear by last Friday and nothing.

Poor communication.

Poor communication. I always had to reach out to them to get a status on things. They usually wash the car when I have an oil change and they didn’t this time. The car actually is way dirtier than when dropped off, not exactly sure why. No one explained the bill to me. Leaking oil issue was “fixed” last time car was serviced and had to be redone this time (at my expense). I would not recommend. The only reason I went there is because the other Kia dealer is pretty far out of my way.
