Compared to my last purchase of my current vehicle from another state tmy experience with Tim yesterday was phenomenal. He was very kind and patient and took his time to explain the different stages and processes of vehicle purchase, showed me the different vehicles they had that suited my preference, took me out on a test drive and really helped me gain perspective on getting the right vehicle to suit my lifestyle. After meeting him for the first time yesterday and spending some valuable time discussing the best options available to me I feel very confident that I can make a well informed decision on my next vehicle purchase! Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was hoping my experience venturing back into a dealership after 20 years wouldn't be too bad. Not only was it not bad, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience at Len Stoler Lexus. I give most of the credit to our sales associate, Darmon Smalls. I was in contact with 4 area dealers zeroing in on the car and price. Darmon was, by far, the most responsive and professional. The others went radio silent after just a week. Darmon and the Stoler team didn't pressure us and were courteous and respectful. The best part is that we got the car we wanted at an amazing price! I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on Saturday morning, and it was the easiest thing ever! Of course, I will say I knew what I wanted and came in prepared w financing. 1. Luke is very pleasant to work with. He was pleasant to everyone he met, people detailing the car, coworkers, all the customers he met in person and on the phone. He was not pushy or had the "car salesman" attitude. 2. Financing w Lexus beat my bank's rate by over 2.5 %. In and out of fast! The total process took about max 4hrs, but that's buying a car. My experience was very nice, and I'd come back if they had what I wanted.
