Purchasing a vehicle through Brian Reed at Mark Quart Toyota was one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. He was professional, transparent, and incredibly attentive to our needs. Brian made sure we understood every step of the process and made us feel comfortable and respected. We initially visited to look at a Toyota Sienna, but after a great first impression, we quickly returned to see a RAV4 the very next day. Brian’s consistent kindness and expertise set him apart from every other dealer we met during our search. Excellent customer service

I want to commend a friendly young man named Keegan who showed me how to display the digital speedometer on my Camry. It had been deleted by the technician who did my oil change, and I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Never again.

I wouldn’t even trust their service department adding washer fluid to my vehicle. My vehicle came back with parts loose. Markquart is nothing but liars and incompetent employees.

Toyota 4runner Purchase

We dealt with Amie and won't hesitate to work with her again. She answered our questions, coordinated what we wanted with the service dept, and made everything easy. Everyone there was so pleasant and the icing on the cake is they're dog lovers, too!

Looking for a new car, great sales people.

Dealing with Mark Peterson and the rest of the sales staff was a treat. No pressure tactics or trying to get us into a vehicle we didn't need.

Great Service!

This is my second time leaving a review for Markquart Toyota. My vehicle was in the repair shop for a while and Randy Jones and his team were very nice to work with. They were able to take care of my vehicle and they were very responsible and helpful in making sure all my needs were met. Thank you so much - Randy and Scott - for all you did to make sure we had a good experience and good service. I really appreciate it!

Service above and beyond

Cody called us today on our purchase yesterday of a Tacoma pick-up. In settling the finances he noticed we did not get credit for our $500 deposit. Sham on us for not remembering, many thanks to Cody for picking up the error and processing the credit. WOW now that is service above and beyond. What a Great dealership! These are folks I highly recommend buying a vehicle from.

Avoid this place

The dealership experience is minty clean and seems wonderful. This facade may lure you in but be vigilant! Appearances are often deceiving and in this case, they are. How do you think a dealership affords a luxurious appearance? Similarly to hospitals, they charge insurance AKA automotive warranties an exorbitant amount. While your car is under warranty for 36,000 miles this bending over backwards customer care seems like very posh treatment. Don’t drink the coolaid!! Soon enough your car will have an issue Markquart can’t figure out how to overcharge your Toyota warranty for or your warranty has expired. Guess who now gets price gouged? You my friend :) This is a friendly PSA to anyone looking to buy from Markquart Toyota. P.S. DO NOT BUY ANY EXTRA PROTECTIO
