This was hands down one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and within two months the transmission completely failed. Not a minor issue—a full transmission failure. When I contacted the dealership, they took zero accountability. No concern, no willingness to help, no ownership whatsoever. Once the paperwork was signed, I was clearly no longer their problem. Selling a vehicle that suffers a major mechanical failure almost immediately and then washing your hands of it is unacceptable. This wasn’t normal wear and tear—this was either negligence, lack of inspection, or flat-out dishonesty. CROOKS

Very bad customer service. Inquiring about a car, asking for information, and being ignored or not responding to specific questions. Refused to provide a service report or even respond if they had one. One salesperson suggested that one tire needed to be replaced on the car, but did not indicate whether the company was going to replace it. How about the other tires, brakes, rotors? What am I buying?

I recently purchased a 2022 Infinity from Baha Auto sales. I saw the car on a few website and made an appointment to go and check it out. While I was there in the waiting area a man and his family were waiting for their keys to their new car. We started talking and he He told me this was his 7th car from Baha. He has been buying since he was 18 and now he and was buying for his wife. He said they have always treated him well and that they were good people . was very impressed because most of the time people complain and there is typically no loyalty. I had my appointment with Aymen and he was very nice, not pushy. He was extremely knowlegeble and kept his word . I really appreciate him looking out for me. It was an excellent experience with everyone there easy with financing. They have a lot of nice pre-owned cars for everyone. I plan to pass on Aymen name to friends looking for a car. It was a really good Experience and I dont usually write reviews. I will definitely buy from them again. When I am ready for my next car.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Baha Autos and the manager Nas was not only unprofessional — it was criminal. After leaving honest reviews about their questionable business practices, I became the victim of identity theft. Someone used my personal information to run unauthorized credit checks, and it appears this was retaliation for exposing their fraudulent behavior. The fact that they had access to my details from a previous inquiry and then used them to try and damage my credit is not just unethical — it’s illegal. I’ve reported this situation to the proper authorities and credit bureaus, and I strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to think twice. If this happened to me, it can happen to you. Protect yourself. Baha Autos does not operate with transparency, and based on my experience, retaliation and shady tactics are part of how they do business.

Overall my experience was and is very positive! The finance manager and office staff were fantastic. So far they are working with me with my purchase. =)

They HAVE to be nice sales people in order to sell, once they have aquire in selling, they will give you the runaounds for months, and the shop is even worse, not organized at all, I regret taking my car to them even for the free oil change! I no longer have the car, it was a total loss after 7 months of purcasing it. P.S. for every one bad review, right after, you have 10-15 people giving them 5stars, FAKE!

Traveling from central IL to Baha was a risk to us but this was THE ONLY CAR I wanted. After it was all said and done, the drive down Pulaski from I55 was the hardest part of the whole day. TEST DRIVING in unfamiliar surroundings wasn't something to which we were looking forward but Mason was calm and gave great directions so we could drive on residential as well as busy streets. He also gets major points from us because he let us take our time looking over the vehicle and was available for questions. This was the farthest from a high-pressure environment we've ever experienced. Vehicle was honestly represented in web photos and when we saw it in person, there were no surprises. CarFax available when requested was a comfort. After-the-sale service is prompt and friendly as well. Mike went to the moon and back to get us the best financing options out there, which made a HUGE impression on us. Paperwork was well explained and easy. We won't hesitate to contact them for future purchases.
