From the moment my husband and I walked thru the door we were welcomed with nothing but smiling faces and people eager to help us! NATE...I don't think I have enough time space in this box to say how GREAT he is! He never pushed us into anything, made us feel like we were sitting with a friend and not a sales person, and most importantly listened to what we wanted and needed. Nathan knew his cars and had honest answers to our questions instead of beating around the bush just to make a dollar. I honestly hope he's there for another 18 years just so I can come back to him to buy more cars from him! I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND going there and seeing him for any of your car purchases! I'll tell anyone I know who is looking for a car/truck or even just thinking about trading in for another to go to Tim's Truck Capital.

Tim's has a terrible reputation. i was trying to let it not sway me with getting a vehicle there. but Nate, Chris and Matt (in service) did nothing but make my day better. my car was a piece of crap and it wasn't the right fit for me at all. i went there angry and irritated among other things more then once. but any interaction with these gents made me leave there happy. they clearly are there to make the customers lives easier and to make us happy. the ONLY reason i'll have my car serviced at Tims is because those of those guys

Awesome experience. Alex was just amazing, worked really hard for me while taking all my needs into account. I'm rebuilding credit, and while this is a tough time for me, he went above and beyond to make this the best experience. I walked out with a KIA I'm absolutely in love with, with a payment and deal I'm comfortable with. The people you work with really make the experience and I can't say enough great things about Alex. Very nice people with great service. Helpful with all questions from beginning until the end. Friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable about the trucks they have in stock and accommodating for what I was looking for.

Alex is THE MAN! I never in a million years thought I would be able to buy a car, let alone a 2017, with my current credit, but Alex, unbeknownst to me, looked deeply into my credit history and saw that before "life" happened I maintained great payment history. Off of that he was able to work with the bank and get me into safe, reliable transportation, all because he cared about my safety and the safety of my 9 year old daughter. Danny, Sean and the rest of the team listened to what we were looking for and spent an afternoon with us untill we found what we wanted in our price range. The truck had a minor issue upon leaving but they took care of it and we are 100% satisfied.
