Yesterday my husband and I visited Tim's Truck Capital to look at a truck that had just arrived. Alex was our contact. The truck hadn't even made it to the shop yet, but we were super excited about this truck. It had everything we were looking for so Alex gave us the green light to come see the Truck anyway. We were very pleased with the truck. We decided to make the purchase. Alex had the truck checked over by his tech. Informed us of parts that needed to be replaced. Made the arrangements to have them replaced ASAP. Alex also offered to deliver the truck to us upon completion so we would not have to reschedule time to come back to pick up! Car/truck shopping can be stressful, we certainly appreciate the no pressure pleasant experience Alex provided us. We are on the edge of our seats awaiting the drop off of the beautiful quality Ford F350 pick up truck that we found at Tim's! We plan to be repeat customers!

Very good service after purchase. Truck had an issue about a week after buying. The dealer got a tow truck out the next day. After trouble shooting for a few days, It was determined that the problem was a dirty MAF sensor. Truck runs fine now at no charge.

I am on my 2nd new alternator in 3 months. I have only owned the truck 6 months. This time when I got the truck home I went to use my remote start and it is not working now when it worked fine before the alternator work. Maybe they disconnect it during installation of new alternator. The girls at the service desk are great just not happy with the quality of the service from the mechanical side paying attention and quality control check before turning vehicle back to customer.

Went in got my oil and tire change took 2 1/2 hrs for > went to get in and go home . Well the tire pressure light came on . And my two inteaire lights were blinking like crazy had to have a guy redo a code with the off/on thing with key got it to go off and went and stop at Walmart found out ( the fob does not work all they way it only locks and unlocks the truck (no alarm no electric start ) so we have to figer out the problem on our own

Sales was very accommodating as far as the test drive went they allowed me plenty of time. Loved the car negotiation was simple and good financing options.
