Came in for an oil change and a vibration brought me out to the truck in the shop explained why I had a vibration and what they could do to take of it had them put new tires on my truck explained to me the difference about tires and why the tires Matt suggested would be the best for my needs drive next day very happy

Having been played off from a job in which I had a company vehicle I needed to get something fast. Went to website on Sunday and by Monday afternoon I was in a new/used truck.

Auto trader lead us to our new car. Alex was our sales person, He was awesome! Easy going, friendly and personable. Loved him! The whole experience was straightforward, everything from the way they scan your ID in the parking lot for test drive to final signature was efficient. As Roger was on the ground looking under the car Alex offered to put it on the lift and Matt graciously agreed and in 5 mins we were walking under the car. We’ve done a lot of car shopping over the years and this sincerely was the best experience EVER! We have already been passing the word to friends and family. Everyone was exceptional! It was like buying from friend. Oh and BTW the car we bought is awesome too, completely in love with it!

Sitting inside TTC, for nearly 2 1/2 hours, we were able to see firsthand how this business runs and I need to say we were very impressed! Every customer that walked through the doors were treated with dignity and respect It was a very busy Saturday, I do not believe the employees took more than a 10 min break for lunch. Customers kept coming in. Despite how busy it was, every customer, was given individual attention and the moral remained high on such a busy day. I truly understand now why almost every customer walked away with a new vehicle! We will be back!
