Monica did not tell me about the safety ussurs and no muffler -i drove from syracuse for this jeep and then it overheated after albany -hsd to tow it off thruway and then 135 miles to home -not very happy -I understand as is but xxx?!!!

We purchased a vehicle with a 3o day warranty for our disabled son. Two weeks later we bought step up bars for it and brought it to a garage to have them installed. We were told that the rocket panels on both sides were completly rusted out and needed to be replaced before they could safely install them. So we called Tim's truck Capital and told them what happened and they said for us to bring the truck down and they would take a look at it. When they inspected it they said only one was rusted out but the drivers side was fine and didnt need replacement, so with them being the experienced ones we believed them and they went ahead and installed the step up bars for us. Shortly after the drivers side step up bars broke off and now is unsafe for our disabled son to get In and out of his truck. So we called to see if they would fix it the right way... like they should have from the beginning and they told us they have done enough for us and too bad! So they illegally inspected our truck when it doesnt pass NH inspection code. We are sending our reports over from the other garage that inspected it for us saying that this truck should never have passed to the BBB. Customer service is terrible and they're very rude. We will never do business here again and if you dont want issues then I recommend you stay far away from these crooks! 😡😡

Heard mixed reviews from tims, but I have to say I had a great experience. The salesman that I felt with was very personable, and honest with me through the process. Went there with the impression that we were going to look around and try other dealerships but we needed up buying a car! Nice surprise for sure. They got a customer for years to come. Everyone we met at Tim's was very nice and helped us with replacing our 1995 Chevy truck with a 2007 model. This truck was posted online, and we checked it out the next day. Bought it on the spot ! Brian, I will be back to pick up my spare rim, on my way to Laconia

The process went pretty smooth. Alex helped me get the car and loan i wanted. They helped me with the insurance binder. And i drove my car home the same day.
