Just bought my second truck with Tim's. Loved my first experience. This one initially felt less personal. Didn't get offered a returning customer discount or anything. Because I bought the truck too late they couldn't inspect it of look into moisture in the headlight or why the heated seats weren't working. But I was assured that they would "take care of it" when I brought the truck back in for inspection. Took 4 weeks to find a time that worked mutually. Also, a check engine light came on and truck was hesitating by that time. After 3 days in shop and free loading for rides to work and no rental or loaner offered, I found out it was ingnition coil. They fixed that for 100$. Thought that was fair. But I needed to bring the truck back in for a new headlight and heating element. 2 or so weeks later bring the truck back in and it takes almost 6 hours to change the headlights and put heating element in. I drive down the street and realize the blinkers in the front now don't work. So I had to bring it back in the next day for over an hour. They fixed the blinkers but this time when I was driving away I realized the sticker was never placed... Now I am waiting for the next chance I have to drive 40 mins, again, to get an inspection sticker. It's now 4 months after I bought the truck and it's still not inspected. In tims defense, I do have to drive 40 mins and I don't like to take work off for things like this so those two variable might have extended this out a little further and they have at least tried to rectify these issues.

Save your money and sanity! Do not go here! I bought a car from them 9 months ago and I’ve barely been able to drive it since bringing it home. i was warned by many people not to go here but I did anyway and ive been regretting it since.

I purchased a truck from here last year and it has been and out of service multiple times for major repairs. The reason I put hesitant is because Kerry and the service team have been accommodating with the repairs.

If you’re sick of going to dealerships and getting a hard sell you should try Tim’s truck capital. What is normally a painful experience was actually fun and I love my new truck. Nate is awesome but everyone there was pleasant and helpful.
