We've now bought 2 trucks from Tim's Truck Capital. The first one we LOVED but unfortunately it didnt even last 3 years. The DEF system (manufacturing issue) was BAD. We brought it in to Tim's SEVERAL times to have parts replaced to see if the problem could be fixed or not. Every time they were great to talk things through with and worled with us on our next steps we could take. As registration time was coming and the check engine light would make it fail we were forced to trade it in. We got another truck from Tim's truck capital and it seems great so far. 5 days having it I unfortunately experienced the shut down security feature when you try to start the truck with the wrong key and was stuck in a parking lot for 3 hours. BUT, Tim's truck capital was there phone wise and was always nice. Unfortunately the tow truck was 3 hours away leaving me stranded. Luckily my husband was able to come jump start it and it seems to be working fine. The people are fantastic, the trucks are good. Alex has always been fantastic and handles any situation that may arise with us with such care and understanding.

I called and made an appointment for a Saturday inspection. I was in and out in 1/2 hour. The staff all talked to me and greeted me as if I’d always been a customer. You can bet I always will be now!

Lindsey was great. She helped with everything from showing and recommending vehicles to putting me in touch with the people I needed to talk with to complete the purchaae. She has also been helpful with some mechanical problems after we brought the car home. I would and do recommend her and Tim's to people.
