Tires were not roatated as paid for... also asked them to check a rattle coming from underneath. They said they found nothing... after leaving my car was still rattling and my husband found that the heat shield had been damaged and was rattling under the car. This should have been easy to see if they would have actually looked.

I was pleased with how easy it was to schedule the appointment on line and the way the service rep. greeted me once I arrived. Once the service was completed the vehicle was washed and ready to go.
