Excellent service, I would highly recommend both the service person (Victoria) and the dealership. Over the years I have purchased several new vehicles. Based on all events I will start my next car search at the same dealership and encourage others to do the same. Post purchase service has been great and my most recent visit confirmed my prior experiences. Victoria is an asset to both the customer and to the dealership.

Tires were not roatated as paid for.

Tires were not roatated as paid for... also asked them to check a rattle coming from underneath. They said they found nothing... after leaving my car was still rattling and my husband found that the heat shield had been damaged and was rattling under the car. This should have been easy to see if they would have actually looked.
