Power issues with lift and oil recover equipment , tech had to go off site to source oil. It was an hour before we were notified of this.

Pricing was higher that dealer across the freeway and the work performed on my truck was not satisfactory I came home to clean oil off the exhaust that was causing a smell in the truck.
