Inver Grove Ford

My 2020 Explorer purchase from Inver Grove Ford, has been a great experience! A Wonderful Salesman, Solomon, listened carefully to my wants in an SUV, and found the perfect match for me! This is my second purchase of a vehicle from Inver Grove Ford, and like the first purchase, a few years ago, this SUV has been a dream come true!!! Catrina in Finance, did my finance paperwork with me - she is super efficient, but wants to be sure that the customer understands what they are signing, integrity, is a big quality I see in this Finance Manager!!! During my first maintenance and oil change, the service department, Alex and other service people, found and fixed some parts, and even though the bill would have been over $1500, I paid only, $100!!! Wow!!! Inver Grove Ford, has many wonderful qualities, but one top one is they want their customers to be safe, they worked hard to find why my service light stayed on, and thank goodness they did!!! Inver Grove Lincoln does a good job for repairs. However, a little disappointed in their customer service the last couple times. Brought our MKX due to faulty rear hatch mechanism and asked to change oil also. Fixed the hatch, but did not change oil. Had to make another appointment for this. Also, usually they will vacuum the inside and wash the exterior, but the past few times did not do that either.

Inver Grove Ford is a great dealership. As an organization they are dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. I recommend them to my friends all the time.
