Great interactions. The service staff is always thorough and also is responsive. I appreciate the video (though sometimes it is hard to hear) and the willingness to discuss options if there are things that need attention.

What started as a positive experience evolved into a negative one. My salesperson Bilal provided me verbally with information related to the Walser experience and spec of my car. He did not furnish me with printed copies of spec. He was also selling multiple cars while selling me mine which resulted in a very long time for me to be at the dealership since his focus and time was split. He don’t work with me to discuss colors options available. Then he told me that the engine has been produced longer than he has been alive. Mazda began producing the CX 5 in 2012. That would make Bilal 14. I appreciate honesty when purchasing such a large item. Had he just said that the car has been episodic for -4 years that would have been enough for me.
