The sale's process was good and attentive. However; when I had mechanical issues - with my brand new car -in the first month, I was unimpressed and downright disappointed and irritated by the way my issue was handled. My time seemed of no pressing relevance and I felt that I was treated like I had never driven a vehicle before and I couldn't understand basic air movement in a vehicle. I have been driving for over twenty years... I will sincerely consider any future dealings with Walser Automotive and Mazada in general.
