Overall not a spectacular service.

Overall not a spectacular service. The hidden cost of an alignment that should be involved with major work on the axel area was a turn off. The manager getting defensive about us calling it out was also a problem.

We brought our car in for warranty work.

We brought our car in for warranty work. The blower motor on the fan had bearing issues. After getting the car back, we took it to the car wash only to have it leak under the dash on the passenger side. We called and were told they did nothing wrong and that the car wash was too powerful. We had been using the same car wash for months prior without any issues. So we took it through the car wash again and videoed it leaking. They agreed to take a look at it. They ran it through their car wash with no leaking. But finally agreed to remove and reinstall the part that they had replaced. When we went to pick it up they again said they did nothing wrong. The leak was fixed and we are able to use the same car wash. It's frustrating that they always say 'nothing is wrong' as their initial statement. We will not take our car back. There are plenty of other Mazda dealerships to choose from.
