They forgot to put on my tire valve stem caps on my new tires. Otherwise, all was good, and they put them on when I came back for them.

It was a good experience. I enjoyed working with my sales associate Neil B. However, there was a different sales associate who kind of screwed up my test drive - he took the keys to the vehicle I had scheduled to test drive, and dropped off a similar vehicle, left on empty which then had to be pushed into a gas station by Neil and my friend, while I steered. That put a bad taste in my mouth. Other than whoever that salesperson was, it was a good experience.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and immediately was introduced to Bilal. He made the experience from start to finish easy to understand the car I was interested in and made the closing process seamless.
