Jack Michaelson did not deliver great service with purchase of used 2017 Kia Sportage. We were told the recalls should have been completed before the car was sold to us. I found that the recalls were not done and called Jack. He took the car to a different dealership to have the recalls fixed. He said the car would be back by a certain date and time but that was not done because he was off work for 2 days and then he said he was working with other customers before picking up our vehicle from the dealership that fixed the recalls. Jack told me that I stated that we did not need the car back by a specific date, which was true. However, that was because Jack told me that the vehicle would be ready the morning of April 10th. My husband and I changed our plans so that we were available the morning of the 10th. Once again, these recalls should have been done before the car was sold to us so we would not have had to deal with after the fact.
