The visit was prompt, and Josh understood exactly what needed to be done for my service. He did a great job explaining things and keeping in contact with me. The technician also did well with report the service that was done.

I needed my battery replaced.

I needed my battery replaced. I asked about the remote start that wasn't working he told me he couldn't do anything about it and I should go to the place that installed it. Was not happy with that answer.

Great service!

Great service! Friendly and welcoming. I was greeted promptly. They also fixed the windshield wiper fluid connection that must have popped off in the car wash.

The associates were pleasant.

The associates were pleasant. What I didn't like when I came in to finalize my lease they had 27 pages on their pad for me to sign or initial that I really don't know what I was signing. It would have been nice if they gave me the forms ahead of time to review.

Had such a great experience with this dealership!

Had such a great experience with this dealership! Steve did a great job working with us and making sure everything was ready for our arrival after a 5 hour drive to pick up the vehicle. Will definitely be back to get my next vehicle from here!
