Poor customer service after purchase. I have some questions and concerns but my phone calls have not been returned. Also, after talking to my credit union, I discovered that they had not received the loan application that the dealership supposedly submitted.

The good: Salesperson assisted us with finding the car that we wanted. The bad: salesperson did not seem to be very interested in our business as comments were heard to other employees about missing out on a sports game. When asked about adding a cargo cover to the sale, he immediately went on to tell us how he didn’t work on commission and didn’t make any money if the sale. We had to explain we weren’t asking for the item to be thrown in to the deal and it was very insulting. The worst: almost a month after the sale he called me to demand a title or insurance card for another vehicle we own in order to justify a rebate he gave us. Luckily we were able to do this, but I’m not sure if he just rushed the sale or what but it was a huge disappointment he called to demand this without once contacting or asking us how we were liking the car. I called the sales manager (who was present the day of the sale) and he proceeded to justify his actions and that he should have made the call himself but asked the salesperson to do it for him.

Bought a car for my grandson , he and salesperson test drove . We had to leave , emergency with my wife his Grandmother in Maple Grove! Went back to dealership 3hrs later, same salesperson ; Picked one of two manual vehicles in dealership . Did paperwork , my score was to say the least high ! Car was well prepared ; we drove home . Next day same salesperson called my grandson???? Told him we bought the wrong car ???? ( Remember I bought said car grandsons name was nowhere on any paper ) Salesperson Told him we'd ( again , grandsons not on documents ) have to bring the car back , change everything , do another credit history and pay $800.00 down in order to keep this car . I was out of town , back 3 or 4 days later . Grandson ( not salesperson ) called me (xxxxxx) he'd done all the research , found cars on your lot , ( by the way not the car that was on the paperwork we held ) looked up Walzer's reputation and quality ! I called salesperson , asked what kind of scam was being tried ? Wrong car , now being sold , caught mistake , no scam ! no scam ! Sure felt like one because he still wanted my Grandson to bring the car we have back to dealership , not me , my Grandson who as stated had no stake in this other then I was buying it for him ! Salesperson texted me ( and Grandson???? ) that all was now right , no price change , down payment change . I went in met Ast. Manager whom I questioned on the validity of this whole debocel , his answers were good ; except why the salesperson called my grandson and not me ? Still no reply ? I'm in my 70s Grandson 20s he can handle the mischief , but I was doing a good thing that didn't feel so good ! Waited until I picked up the plates last Friday to fill this out . They texted me , I set a time and picked up from same Ast. Manager easy peasy !
