Walser is always expensive when it comes to service. Diagnostic fees are not reasonable and everything they charge this even if we say exactly what the issue is.

Easy to make an appointment online. Communication options (text, email, phone call) are great. The videos of car inspection are very helpful. Staff are friendly, respectful and helpful.

Excellent service. They did the work required but decided not to perform an authorized service (tire rotation) because they deemed it unnecessary. This is the type of credibility and confidence they earn that keeps me returning. They also noted an opportunity to replace tires at a lower cost through a mazda program I knew nothing about.

vehicle was taken in quickly and problem was fixed quickly; personnel were friendly except for one man (not my main service tech) who was a bit gruff about asking me to move my car forward
