I came in for an oil change and Josh was able to help me use a service package I thought had expired. During service, it was found that I had a crack in my oil pan, and Josh explained everything clearly and helped get me a loaner for the day. Service on my car was finished faster than expected (same day), so overall it was a great experience.

Overall everything was pretty good as always. Left my car with them all day but they forgot to patch the hold in my tire so had to wait a bit for them to finish that. That's the only reason it is a 4 instead of 5. Service said it was a pretty busy day for them so no big deal. Will be back in the future

I did not feel pressured at all to buy a vehicle. This is the second vehicle that I have bought with Jay helping and this is my third Mazda CX five I have bought with Walser Mazda in Burnsville very pleased with the service very relaxing. Chad in service has been so kind and so patient and so helpful in the last year and a half with my old vehicle that we have been dealing with.

We had to wait longer because sales staff was not there to confirm repairs were there when we purchased the car. Then the part order was cancelled so we had to wait longer again. But staff was friendly
