I was very disappointed that I asked for an oil change
I was very disappointed that I asked for an oil change and to have the trim work put on and they missed the oil change when I was going on my trip to NM and mentioned it multiple times. Then I get to NE only to find out an oil change wasn't done. Its hard to find a dealership the farther south you get.

The Mazda sales team was very helpful explaining options
The Mazda sales team was very helpful explaining options available for the type of vehicle I was looking for and the main features I didn't want to live without (heated seats/heated steering - this is Minnesota). Plus they searched for the best loan options for my situations to save me the most money. I truly appreciate the time and expertise provided in my car buying experience! I needed my battery replaced.
I needed my battery replaced. I asked about the remote start that wasn't working he told me he couldn't do anything about it and I should go to the place that installed it. Was not happy with that answer.
