I recently purchased a new Subaru Outback from Morrie's. My salesperson was Beth Miley, and she was knowledgeable and good to work with. The financial person was professional and did not use pressure tactics to get me to purchase thighs in didn't want.

I have dealt with Service Department several times in the 4 years I have owned my Forester:oil changes, tire rotation, lost keys, repair and always a great experience... even told me I could bring 2 dogs I was sitting! I chose not to, but that was soecial!

Only nice thing for me is my Sales person. Rest are typical expectation of a for-profit business.. They spent a lot of effort to sell you extended warranty which I declined multiple times.
