Paul was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable....

Paul was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Kristin was also very helpful. However, Drew came over whole Paul was working with me and was very rude to Paul. It was kinda a dick move to pull while Paul was with customers.

I think I already filled out this survey once, but I will do it again: I had a very good experience. Paul Loescher was very knowledgeable about the Forrester models and explained the features well. He also asked questions about how I use my car and what features I liked that helped make the decision. I felt like he was going to make sure the car and I were a good match. Before I drove off, he went through some of the features so I was comfortable driving home. In the Finance department; I worked with Jon Sicslk. He was very knowledgeable about the varies aftermarket packages.

I think the salesperson, Paul Loescher, did an excellent job. His explanations of the equipment and features of the car were great. He asked me how I would use the car and that helped me to decide on the exact model. He also listened when I told him about the features that I said I wanted. Low pressure and factual.

I did not like the general manager Elias Khalil. He uses high pressure sales tactics to sell us stuff we don't want and kept us in his office longer than we were comfortable with while trying to wear us down. The rest of the car buying experience was nice.

Our General Manager Elias Khalil is not the individual that did any of your paperwork. He is very well known for giving out his business cards and thanking for their business. I brought it to his attention and he was not happy about the high pressure sales tactics and is going to have a discussion with the business manager involved.
