We bought the car “long distance” and Tom kindly sent us videos when the car first arrived at the dealership and then again when it was ready for pick up. Nice touch. Also, he explained all the features well when we picked it up - we didn’t have much time and he respected that and focused on the key items.

Kip and Michael are the best! Michael hunted down the exact vehicle I wanted, and Kip made the purchase seamless.
