Decent sales people, however when I say up front that I

Decent sales people, however when I say up front that I do not want warranties or protection for various things on the vehicle, I would appreciate not still trying to be sold these items over and over. And it appears from my pre approval to the final sale, they upped my apr 2% and verified that by calling the lender, so that is disappointing.

Mitch was very helpful.

Mitch was very helpful. I wish there was a way to speed up the paperwork process. We were there for 4 hours and I suggested they serve a buffet. ;) LOVE the simplicity of the process otherwise!

Told me that I needed new brakes.

Told me that I needed new brakes. But they said they were new in 2025 when I bought it. But carfax said they were put on. So they lied.
