Salesman was ok. I asked several times to say the words instead of the acronyms. (I’m the Customer and not in the Business). It worked for a few minutes, then it was acronym again. The car was poorly detailed. Dirt/rust on both sliding door hinge. I asked for those to be cleaned. Never happened. I didn't ask fir the rear hatch ledge to be cleaned or other spots. At least the Sales Manger said hi and thank you. So that was pleasant. Owen did the job but that was it.

The sales rep met us for our appointment on time. Friendly and professional service! We had a trade in and after a long time shopping and comparing are very happy with our new (to us) Honda HE-v. We’d definitely do business with them again!
