The last new cars my wife and I bought were from Walser,

The last new cars my wife and I bought were from Walser, over 10 years ago. It was a great experience, so I felt comfortable going back for my next new vehicle. Walser had the best selection locally, and have very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was very satisfied with how they treated me and got me in my new ride quickly!

I had sent my wife to go and drive a new Odyssey to find

I had sent my wife to go and drive a new Odyssey to find what she likes and dislikes and if it's the right car for our family. She was matched up with salesman Drew. I can't say enough about his professionalism towards my wife and when I came in the following Monday to take care of the deal. I greatly appreciate his honesty, attitude, and respect towards my wife and myself. He really made it a great buying experience especially when most dealership's sales personnel give you that sleazy vibe. This was not the case! Drew, I really appreciate all that you did for us. You are top-notch, sir! Keep doing great things. I highly recommend reaching out to Drew at Walser Honda of Burnsville

I want to share my experience so others know what to

I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. I worked with Honda Burnsville primarily over email to arrange a lease. We had agreed on specific terms, including a particular vehicle color, pricing, and the removal of dealer add-ons. I completed a credit application in advance to keep the process efficient. When I arrived at the dealership, the situation changed significantly. The vehicle I had requested numbers on had not actually been prepared, the add-on we discussed removing was still installed, and I was told that switching to the color I originally requested would cost an additional couple thousand dollars, despite it being the same trim and configuration. The original vehicle we discussed was even still sitting on the showroom floor. I was also told by the manager that completing the purchase would typically take 3–4 hours, even though pricing and credit approval had already been handled. At that point, it was clear that the process was not aligned with what had been represented beforehand. I understand dealerships are busy and things can change, but the disconnect between what was agreed to electronically and what was presented in person made it difficult to move forward. I ultimately chose not to lease from this dealership due to the lack of transparency and respect for my time. I would not recommend this dealership I hope this feedback is helpful to both management and future customers.

Your person who checked me in was great.

Your person who checked me in was great.told me what was going to be done and did it. Now your guy who serviced my car didnt complete his job. Still have the warning light on from the tire location app on the car and had to bring it to another garage to turn it off.like I said service guy was great but who took care of my tire rotation didn't do his
