Salesman was not forthcoming about a huge dent in the

Salesman was not forthcoming about a huge dent in the rear bumper of a used Silverado I went to look at a couple days ago. There were no pictures of the rear end of the truck that would’ve shown the dent on CarGurus, and when I showed up salesman Thomas and manager Ethan on site both acted like it must’ve just happened recently and like they’d do me a favor by fixing it. I did some more digging and found pictures of the same truck listed on Marketplace 25 days ago, with the huge dent in the rear bumper by the same dealership. Not impressed with this place at all, please just post pictures of the actual condition of the truck before a customer takes time out of their day to come potentially buy a vehicle.

I received multiple letters from GM in regards to a

I received multiple letters from GM in regards to a recall on my car. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and service for recall. Oil was changed but the the recall service was not performed. We were told it may take several months to get the part. Yet, I am still getting letters from GM, suggesting me to take my car to dealer for a recall. Now, I have to make another appointment, and take time to get the crappy Chevy repaired. Dealer could easily tell me that the part is not available at the time of scheduling. Poor communication and service work. I will never, ever buy another GM vehicle and interact with a GM dealership. I have used this dealership service department before and disappointed every single time. Very incompetent group of people came together here.

I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able

I had car trouble and without an appointment, I was able to limp the vehicle into the garage. once inside, Ryan was able to get my vehicle inspected first thing the next morning. They found the problem and were able to get me back on the road in no time. Thank you to Ryan and the entire staff that worked on my Tahoe.

Took 2.

Took 2.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter. Was told no more than 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours had to find service rep to determine status. Told at least another half hour. Went back to pay in advance of completion. Rep left w/o telling me. Other reps had no clue what was going on. Could not find paper work. Finally finished in a rush as I was now late for another appointment. Realized at home the 10% discounts I showed the rep initially were not applied and then had to call to be corrected. Just bad service. Have now decided to switch to Lenzen.

Austin was very helpful.

Austin was very helpful...I almost needed CPR in reaction to the price of the repair, but I survived it. (Just kidding but it was a shock.)
