I took my 2017 Encore in for service about a year ago

I took my 2017 Encore in for service about a year ago because the blind spot indicator on the driver side mirror falsely detects traffic on a daily basis. The error could not be duplicated, but on the way home from the dealership the false reading happened again. After dealing with this for over a year, I took the car back in and was told the system works correctly. In my opinion, this has become a safety issue that no one seems to be able to fix. Really disappointing.

Excellent customer service. Price quoted was accurate and car was delivered when it was promised. Payton does an excellent job handling multiple customers and car issues at the same time.

Overall a really great experience, Melissa was super

Overall a really great experience, Melissa was super helpful throughout the sale, from my initial inquiry to driving off the lot. Ali in finance was very friendly and easy to work with. I wish I could 4 and 1/2 stars because the only thing holding my review back from being all 5 is the detail department dropped the ball. They obviously washed the outside, vacuumed the inside, and did a surface wipe-down. Unfortunately, there was still some set in grime on the center console and the cup holder was pretty gross, like a soda was spilled in it and never got cleaned up.
