For years we have dealt with Melissa Knudson at Auto
For years we have dealt with Melissa Knudson at Auto Nation and have always received excellent service. This was especially important in 2022 when our lease was up but we could not find a 2022 Buick Enclave to lease since none came fully equipped with all of the options we wanted due to the chip shortage. Anything we ordered would require "retrofitting" some options at a later date by the dealership once the chips/parts were available. Melissa kept us fully informed of all of the alternatives available to us at the end of our lease and helped us through the purchase of our 2019 Enclave at the end of the lease. If GM ever gets their act together and starts manufacturing fully equipped cars again we will definitely return to Melissa for a future lease/purchase.
