I rarely write reviews but I do not want other guests to go through what I still am going through. I bought a car in April. I fully paid it off. Waited months for my title. No one contacted me, I finally contacted them and they stated I owed them money!!! How would I leave the car dealership with my car and go months with no contact but owe money?? With this I was treated rudely when I called. They could not figure out my address? After months and so the taxes were not right? I am in tears by now. No apology no caring at all. Please be careful if you buy a car. After you buy they truly do not care. Thank you so much for reading this. And take care of you.

I had trouble setting an appointment on the computer so I stopped by the shop and talked with Lawrence Tougaw. He was kind and courteous, and set an Appt on Tues. I was met by Payton and was treated like I was a special customer. She is an asset to your company. Oil change and tire rotation was done in short time and a review was sent to me phone. Very impressive. Thanks for being there for me.

I purchased a used Ram and was told the old owner would
I purchased a used Ram and was told the old owner would bring in the other key and they’d let me know when it came in. I emailed several times and several people and never received a key. Was told they didn’t tell me that, it was a different salesman. I also asked them to use my credit union for the loan. They told me I didn’t qualify for the loan with them. I asked my credit unionist the following day and they said the dealership never even applied for me there. Sad stuff. Beware, they are shady. I’ll never go back!
