Pulled up into the service drive for my 10:00 appointment it was no hassle they helped me with my appointment it was my first time for my vehicle to be in there had no issues everybody was nice and friendly to me they got my vehicle back changed my oil my air filter let me knew about my wipers might need to be replaced here soon and everything went off without no problems I was in and out I definitely will be returning.

The service department at this Autonation store has been
The service department at this Autonation store has been subpar since our 1st service. We found our 21 Acadia needed additional service under warranty in January of 22 after a routine service appointment. After that fateful appointment, I have returned 5 additional times to rectify the issue. Now it is June of 22 and we have no new information, no additional contact, no plan for the future of our service needs. I would like to specify this is only for the service department, not sales. The sales team was absolutely wonderful when we originally purchased.
