I was in and out of the dealer very quickly. TJ was extremely helpful. I was able to explain exactly what I wanted and how the car I saw would possibly fit my needs. They didn’t attempt to over sell me. They gave me an excellent offer on my trade in. I swapped on baby for a new baby! I love my car thank you all for everything and for one of the best car buying experiences ever! 💜

My car-buying experience was nothing short of spectacular. Jason Montgomery explained the new features of my new Terrain and answered all of my questions. I was able to test drive and purchase my vehicle in just a couple of hours. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was early, but it was clean and ready. I will recommend my friends and family visit AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows for their next purchase!

Very friendly and helpful service.
Very friendly and helpful service. The sales rep was nice, respectful, just talked really fast and needed to slow down a bit. However, the detail cleaning of the interior of the car was not as you would expect from a dealership. They did take it back to do another round of detail, but still wasn't that good.

My first three or four experiences with this service
My first three or four experiences with this service department were awful. I addressed my concerns with Mark Perry, who I felt listened and heard me. My last two service appointments have been with Payton as the service technician, and she has been absolutely phenomenal. She is responsive, thorough, and follows through with everything she says. She kept me informed every step of the way and would routinely update me on status of repairs. Dealing with Payton after dealing with others who were less than professional (poor follow through, poor customer service, and quite frankly, rude) has made all the difference in the world. I will say that after lengthy discussion(s) with Mark, he asked me to inform him of my next service appointment. I did so. He informed me that he was going to be out of town during my visit but that he would let the service manager know I was coming and that he (Mark) would follow up with me upon his return trip to find out how my service appointment went, but that did not happen. I did not hear from Mark. That was disappointing but I do feel like he heard my concerns when we did converse. If it weren't for Payton, I would not be brining my vehicle there for service. Payton should be recognized for going above and beyond to care for her customers - something I've not experienced prior to her arrival at this dealership. All service techs there need to take notes from her. Payton is the exception to the rule at this service department and without her, I would not be going there for service. Thank you, Payton, for restoring my faith in outstanding customer service.

We are not sure if you understand our issue with your dealership. We have been in contact with Mr. Kessenger regarding detailing of our vehicle, but the issue that arose after we got the vehicle home and detailed it ourselves was that all of the windows on the driver’s side are pitted. We called TJ the day before we were coming, and he stated it would be “detailed and ready to go the next day”. When we arrived around noon the next day, we had to wait for the promised paint repair to be completed - - and the vehicle had certainly not been detailed. Nothing had been done since our test drive the week before. We are not sure we would have seen that all of the windows were pitted on that side, but it certainly did not show up until after we washed the dust off of those windows. We had the front windows tinted to match the other windows, and that employee pointed out the pitted windows. We took it to our local Honda dealership where we have done business for over 20 years, and the service dept manger concurred that all of those windows are pitted. No one, TJ or Mr. Kessenger, has acknowledged the pitted windows. This is our first and probably last purchase from AutoNation if you do not stand behind what you sell. Both TJ and Mr. Kayeni spoke highly of your corporation and standards, but we are not experiencing them. We purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle and are beginning to wonder about the value of that, if this is an example of AutoNation’s customer service. If need be, I can forward you our correspondence with Mr. Kessenger.
