I was very disappointed on how long it took.
I was very disappointed on how long it took. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took over 2 hours. Yes 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I also discovered later that when they removed the oil filter they ended up dumping the whole contents over my engine. I had a pool of oil on the block and the whole underneath dripping with oil. I initially thought I had an oil leak when I took it home and then realized what had happened. I now have to clean the mess it created on my garage floor and my vehicle.

In for service on a 2001 Yukon Denali. Even though the vehicle is 22 years old both the technician and the service advisor Jake, are friendly to deal with and knowledgeable with this generation of Yukon. Jake answered all my questions and I even had a chance to speak with the service technician. Good experience overall. I would recommend AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows.

Easy to deal with on service concerns.
Easy to deal with on service concerns..The staff was friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with. In the past I have owned Cadillacs which seems to provide a higher level of customer service, nicer waiting area, snacks, water and sodas.

We’ve been to 4 GMC dealers in the last 3 months looking for our dream car and none of them made us feel welcome like Autonation did. As soon as we got out of our car, Robert G.Bennet approached us and made us feel so welcome. We explained to him what we wanted and he went above and beyond to get our dream car. He truly was amazing. The whole staff at Autonation seem very friendly.
